Issues and irregularities in Workspace

Description

• Unable to upload any modified objects in workspace

• Unable to check in any modified objects in workspace

• Unable to remove objects in workspace
  

• Symbols is not matching the status of its object

• Other inconsistensies

Cause

• ​​​Corrupt workspace or cache  

Resolution

1. ​​From Creo: Backup all modified objects to local disc

2. Execute "Undo Check Out" on all objects in the workspace from a external browser

3. Exit Creo

4. Clear the local cache

5. Start Creo and registred the PDMLink server

6. Creat a new workspace

7. Upload all modified objects

8. Check out the modified objects and then check them in
