​​Cannot start Creo Parametric running two versions of Creo Parametric on same client

Resolution

Make sure that

• ​​both version of Creo Parametric retrieve their license file from an active license server

• the license file in license server supports both versions

Have in mind

• It is recommended to use only one version of Creo Parametric 
  

• Models created in the higher version of Creo Parametric cannot be opened in a lower version

• It is imperative to run Creo Parametric with startscripts to separate caches when running Creo connected to Windchill
