Changes to drawing format does not updating drawings

Description

​​Changes to the drawing format updates some items on the drawing, but not all

Images and notes are updated, but not tables

Cause

​Drawing tables are only read from the format at the time you apply the format. Adding or removing tables in the format are not supposed to change the drawing without intent

Standard drawing notes and images (logos) are not as sensitive to model information and therefore have been considered safe to update

Resolution

​​Reapply the format using "Sheet Setup"  and choose the normal format > Apply > "Remove All Tables"
