Cause

Window settings in Creo Parametric

Resolution

1. ​​Unplug all monitors to only use one monitor, such as the laptop screen

2. In Creo Parametric: go to File > Options > Windows Settings > Reset Panels' Position

3. Restart Creo Parametric
