Creo Agent did not initialize correctly

Description

​​Creo crashes when opening an assembly and the following error message is received: "Creo Agent did not initialize correctly"

Resolution

​​The problem can be solved by reinstalling the Creo Platform Services:

1. Uninstall Creo Platform Services

2. Reinstall Creo Platform Services from Creo Parametric installation media: <install folder>/install/addon/creosvcs_64.exe
