Update or installation of SolidWorks Windchill Workgroup Manager fails

Trying to install a newer version of Windchill workgroup manager for Solidworks fails.
For Solidworks the workgroup manager requires windchill file system to be installed, but WFS fails installation at 1%
Previous version has remnants in the registry.
There might be a few posts left that blocks the installation.
Remove the correct posts in the registry.
There is a microsoft program that can do this for you, run this program and choose "Trying to install" - select the PTC Windchill file system.
