Shut down Creo Parametric and try replace the new cache folder with the backed up folder, e.g.
C:\PTC\start_creowork_creo4\pdm_cache_creo4_backup\.cache2008 --> C:\PTC\start_creowork_creo4\pdm_cache_creo4\.cache2008If the same issue still persists and the modified was not recovered or if the cache is still corrupt then the backed up folder needs to be copied and recovered by decryption
