Error message in Creo Parametric - An exception has occurred in processing server response

Error during work with Creo with active workspace:

An exception has occurred in processing server response. 
Check failed object details in Event management. 
This exception may corrupt current active workspace and may need Windchill administrator assistance for resolution.​​

Cause

• ​Network issues

Resolution

​​1.    Set config.pro:

dm_network_threads 6

2.     Set System environment variable:

ZBROWSER_STREAM_TIMEOUT=600

3.     Increase the value for KeepAliveTimout on the web-server (HTTPD or Apache) on the Windchill PDMLink server:

KeepAliveTimeout 60

Note! The server needs to be restarted before the value are reread in to the system.
