Line alignment issue in drawings for some scenarios

Description

• In rare cases when moving a view, in this case a cylindrical item then the views do not line up:
  

• If you zoom up, and draw some construction lines you can see the problem of misalignment:
  

• 
  
  
  

• Issue seems to be to some extent random but mostly for cylindrical bodies

Cause

• Centre of view not calculated correctly.​

Workaround

• Draw two construction lines to define the view width and associate to the view with circular edges.
  ​​

• Move the view and hover over the top view to create snap lines. If you zoom in you may notice two snap lines:
  
  

• Move the view as normal and it should locate as required.
