PDS Search Portal not generating zip-file when pressing export

Description

Cannot get zip-file from PDS Search portal, version affected:

• 8.5

The issue generated in the browser after export is done:

Unable to parse server response - Please contact an administrator

Cause

• Looping web-request

Resolution

• ​​Upgrade to latest version of PDS Search Portal

Workaround

• ​​Go to the temp folder on the pdmlink-server and copy the folder from there, ie:

D:\ptc\Windchill_11.1\HTTPServer\cgi-bin\pds-search\temp
