Extension is not working in Creo Parametric
An extension (for example Advanced Assembly) is not working even though it exists on the read license file
Creo Parametric is not configured to include the extension during start
Step 1
Make sure that the read license file in the license server contains the extension
If not, start by retrieving an updated license file with the extension included and update the file read by the license server
Step 2
Configure client installations to include the extension during start (Reconfigure > Customize)
If there are multiple users and a limited amount of extensions, a recommendation is to create several start-up configuration for Creo so that the users can actively choose when to start with the extension
